These terms apply when you order an album from Roamantic Prints, run by Aravind Srinivasan (Proprietor, Roamantic Prints). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your order

An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation and invoice.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include free shipping within India.
A launch offer of 20% is applied automatically while it lasts. The price shown at payment is final.
"Pages" means printed sides: a 20-page album has 10 spreads.

Your photos

You confirm you own the photos or have permission to print them, and that they are lawful.
You keep all rights in your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your album.
We may refuse to print content that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights, and refund you in that case.

Design and approval

You approve the album preview before you pay. We print what you approved.
We check every album before printing and may contact you about problems such as low-resolution photos.
Printed colours can differ slightly from your screen.

Refunds and delivery

Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to reprinting your album or, where a reprint isn't possible, refunding what you paid for it. Please keep your own copies of your photos; we are not a backup service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Coimbatore have jurisdiction.
